Yes! The primary language of instruction on CyberBlockz is Telugu, with on-screen code and commands in English. This makes it very accessible for Telugu-speaking learners who find English-only courses hard to follow.

Can I access courses on my mobile phone?

Yes, the CyberBlockz platform is fully mobile-responsive. You can watch course videos, track progress, and access course materials on your phone or tablet, as well as on a laptop or desktop.

How long do I have access to a course after purchasing it?

Lifetime access is provided for individually purchased courses. Once you buy a course, you can go back and rewatch it as many times as you like, at any time. Subscription-based access is tied to your active subscription period.

Can I download videos to watch offline?

Accepted Answer

No. To protect content from piracy, course videos cannot be downloaded. You need an internet connection to watch them. However, any text notes or supplementary files shared in a lesson can be saved.

How do I access a course after purchasing?

After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Log in to your CyberBlockz account and navigate to 'My Courses' or the Dashboard — your enrolled course will appear there immediately.

What if I complete a course but the certificate doesn't appear?

Certificates are issued automatically when you complete all lessons in a course. If you've completed all lessons and don't see a certificate, please contact us at info@cyberblockz.org with your account email and course name.

What is the CyberBlockz subscription plan?

The subscription plan gives you rolling access to a set of included courses for a recurring fee. It's ideal if you want to learn multiple subjects without buying each course individually. See the Subscribe page for current plan details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account Dashboard under Subscription Settings. You can also email us at info@cyberblockz.org. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period — no immediate cutoff.

Will I be charged automatically every month?

Yes, subscriptions auto-renew. When you subscribe, you authorize a recurring payment via Razorpay. For UPI AutoPay, this creates a mandate that debits your account on the renewal date. You can cancel or revoke the mandate at any time through your UPI app.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit cards, Credit cards, Net banking, and Wallets.
