Subscription & AutoPay Policy

A CyberBlockz subscription gives you access to a curated set of courses for a fixed recurring fee (weekly, monthly, or as specified in the plan you choose). Instead of purchasing individual courses, subscribers can access all included courses during their active subscription period.

Subscriptions on CyberBlockz are set to auto-renew by default. This means:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
• You will be charged the same amount as your original subscription on the renewal date
• Renewal charges are processed via Razorpay using the payment method you authorized during signup
• You will receive an email notification before each renewal charge (where applicable)

If you subscribed using UPI (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), you authorized a recurring UPI AutoPay mandate through Razorpay. This means Razorpay will automatically debit the subscription amount from your UPI-linked bank account on each renewal date.

• Your subscription starts on the date of your first successful payment
• The renewal date is the same day of each subsequent billing period
• If a renewal date falls on a non-business day, it may be processed on the next business day
• If a payment fails on the renewal date, Razorpay may retry the charge within 24–48 hours
• If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified by email

You can cancel your CyberBlockz subscription at any time using any of these methods:

• Log in to your CyberBlockz account → Go to Dashboard → Subscription Settings → Cancel Subscription
• Email us at info@cyberblockz.org with subject: "Cancel Subscription – [Your Email]"
• Revoke the Razorpay mandate directly through your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) under "Manage Recurring Payments"
• Contact your bank to block the Razorpay mandate if needed

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access to courses until then. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days.

• Your access to subscription-only courses will end at the end of the current period
• Courses you purchased individually (outside the subscription) are not affected
• Your account and progress data are retained — you can re-subscribe at any time
• Certificates earned during your subscription remain valid and verifiable

If a recurring payment fails:

• You will receive an email notification from us
• Razorpay may attempt to retry the charge up to 3 times
• If payment is not recovered, your subscription will be paused
• You can resume by making a manual payment or re-subscribing

CyberBlockz reserves the right to change subscription pricing. If we increase the price of your existing plan, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance via email. You have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree to the change.

If a free trial is offered at any time, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be reminded of the trial end date via email.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. However, if you were charged incorrectly or face a technical error, contact us immediately at info@cyberblockz.org and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
